The ecological balance is a focal point and a major concern of our cuisine. We therefore attach great importance to ensuring that the emissions generated by our food production are as low as possible. It goes without saying that we prefer regional and seasonal products and producers. 70% of our food comes from organic production.
The ecological balance is also a reason why we offer a predominantly vegetarian cuisine and limit our meat offer. We use dairy products in a useful and minimal way. We are happy to discuss any special wishes and, if required, also offer gluten- and lactose-free dishes.
The meals are served in the neighbouring Kientalerhof. Please note our meal times:
Breakfast: from 8:00 to 9:00 h (upon reservation we offer a longer breakfast until 09:30 h)
Lunch: from 12:30 to 13:15 h
Dinner: from 18:30 to 19:10 h
